Insulation, foil and paneling

The top bench sits about 40 inches below the ceiling. Slats are gapped and screwed from below, and backrests are angled for a long lean.
Doors, lighting and controls
Outward-swinging glass or wood doors, heat-rated fixtures mounted low, and controls outside the room where the electronics stay cool.
Sauna accessories
Bucket, ladle, thermometer and hygrometer, plus heat-rated speakers or an oil diffuser cup for a few drops of eucalyptus.
